The Old English epic continues to inspire. A new movie entitled Beowulf and Grendel, originally set for this fall, is slated for release in early 2006. Starring Gerard Butler (Attila, Timeline), directed by Sturla Gunnarsson and written by Andrew Rai Berzins, Beowulf and Grendel was filmed in Iceland and is in post-production now.
