Stone coffin to be displayed at Bosworth Battlefield

While working as a gardener in Earl Shilton, Reg Colver discovered a medieval stone coffin that had been used as a water feature. Now the property owners, working together with Leicestershire County Council’s archaeological service and Bosworth Battlefield, have had the coffin extricated.
