Visitor Survey

Here's your chance to help your Guide help you! Take our Visitor Survey and let me know what you want and need from the Medieval History site. The earliest results have been tabulated, and Part 1 and Part 2 are available; but your input is still appreciated.

Notice: Our drawings are now complete. You may still take the survey, but your name will not be entered into any prize contests. But please keep an eye on the Medieval History site for future prize drawings! And thank you for your input.

The Survey

Our survey consists of several pages, but you won't need to answer questions on every page. For example, if you're not a teacher, you can skip right over the page of questions for teachers (a link to the next page will be provided).

Do not feel obliged to answer every question. If you'd rather not respond, leave the check boxes unchecked or the radio buttons unclicked. (There is also a "Clear-the-Form" button on each page if you need to erase any responses.) However, since there is no way that I can trace your answers to who you really are, you can be completely honest without fear of repercussions. I greatly appreciate all the data you can give me.

Privacy Notice

The survey is designed to keep each visitor anonymous. Neither your name nor any other personal information that could help identify you is required. Your Guide does not currently use any tracing software to determine the origins of the data you post in this survey.

All information will remain confidential and will be used only by your Guide to determine how better to serve you and other visitors to the site. The data gathered in this survey will not be sold to anyone, but general results and percentages will be posted here at the Medieval History site.

Depending on the speed of your connection and which pages you need to fill in, this survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete. I appreciate your time and feedback!

Take the Survey

Is this your first time here? If so, please take some time to explore the site and to find any answers you were seeking about Medieval History before you take the survey. Your subsequent responses will let me know how well the site meets your needs.
