Definition: The treasurer was one of four important officers of any given medieval court. The treasurer was the chief financial officer of the kingdom, and the senior officer of the exchequer.

The three other main officers of the court were the Chamberlain, the Chancellor, and the Justiciar.

King Rex chose Lord Schmart as treasurer because he was good with numbers.
